Our journey began with our first restaurant, Vesta, where our iconic Gojama Wings, paired with bold dipping sauces, quickly won over customers and critics alike. Since then, we’ve expanded to beloved spots like Steuben’s and Ace Eat Serve, where our signature wings—from the classic Buffalo to the triple-fried Tiger Wings—have been recognized with countless awards. The secret behind all of these? Game-changing sauces.

Every Sauce Has a Story:

  • 30 Sauces and Counting: At Vesta, we introduced a rotating menu of 30+ unique dipping sauces that became a sensation over the 23 years we were open. Our Vesta Dipping Grill cookbook was so popular, it sold out, leaving fans wanting more.
  • Tiger Wings (since 2012): Our triple-fried Tiger Wings, straight from Ace Eat Serve in Denver, have been hailed as some of the best in the country, earning us a devoted following.
  • Wing Alley (circa 2020): During the pandemic, we launched Wing Alley, a ghost kitchen concept that introduced our Dragon Wings and Asian Buffalo Wings to the world—both of which quickly became fan favorites.
