Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20-24 minutes
Total Time: 30-35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ tablespoon neutral oil (e.g., avocado oil)
Instructions:
- Preheat Air Fryer: If your air fryer requires preheating, preheat it to 400°F.
- Dry the Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Season the Wings: In a bowl, mix the chicken wings with salt, pepper, baking powder, and neutral oil until evenly coated.
- First Air Fry: Lay the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring enough space between each wing for air circulation. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Flip and Air Fry Again: After the first 10 minutes, flip the wings and air fry for another 8-12 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy. Adjust the cooking time based on the size of the wings.
- Check Doneness: Ensure the internal temperature of the wings reaches at least 165°F using a thermometer.
- Toss in Sauce: Transfer the wings to a bowl and toss with your favorite Ace sauce.
